When you choose “Enter”

After you confirm you are 18 or older, your browser remembers that you entered so you are not asked again. It records only that you accepted the notice, not your age or date of birth. The site also remembers which language you chose (in your browser, and in one strictly necessary cookie, unseen_lang, kept for a year so our server keeps you on that edition), whether “Blur thumbnails” is on or off (off by default; in your browser and in the strictly necessary cookie unseen_blur, kept for a year so our server sends pages that match) and which filter sections you left open, plus a few display settings that clear when you close the tab, such as the sort order. You can remove all of this by clearing site data for unseen.guide. If you have not chosen a language, our server uses the languages your browser sends with each request (the Accept-Language header) to open the matching edition; it does not store them.

Saved models and recently viewed

The models you save (up to 200) and the last 30 profiles you viewed are kept in your browser only; no account is needed. When you open the Saved page, the site sends those model names to our server to check who is live and who is available where you are. We do not keep the names. Models the platform has removed disappear from your lists on their own. You can clear Recently viewed, or turn it off, on the Saved page.

The home and category lists show rooms that suit you first: the site sends only the category, country, language and tag ids of your saved models (never their names) and your browser's language setting. These are used only to order the list and are not stored.

Telegram live alerts

“Get live alerts on Telegram” on a model's page takes you to our public Telegram bot. We store nothing until you confirm in Telegram that you are 18 or older and accept the terms. After that we keep only your Telegram chat id, your language, whether alerts are paused, the models you follow and when you started. To avoid repeat alerts we also record when each alert was sent, for at most 7 days. This data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database.

We never store your Telegram name, username or phone number, or where you are. Because we don't know where you are, the bot only alerts you about models with no regional restrictions. Chaturbate, BongaCams, Jerkmate, LiveJasmin, CamSoda and Swag models can't be followed for now: Chaturbate, BongaCams and CamSoda don't tell us whether a model has regional restrictions, and alerts are not offered for LiveJasmin or Swag yet. Alerts are plain text and link only to the model's page on unseen.guide, with no pictures. When you open the “Get live alerts on Telegram” link on a model's page, a hash of your IP address is used briefly for rate limiting; your IP address is not stored.

Send /stop to the bot and we delete your chat id and every follow at once. If you block the bot, we delete them as soon as we notice. Follows of a model are deleted automatically when the platform tells us the model was removed, or after 30 days in a row without seeing the model in the platform's data. Telegram handles the messages you send under its own privacy policy.

Browser live alerts

“Notify me” on a model's page sends live alerts straight to this browser, without Telegram. Nothing happens until you tap it; only then does your browser ask whether unseen.guide may show notifications, and we never ask when a page loads. If you allow it, your browser opens a push subscription with its push service, and we store in a Cloudflare D1 database: the subscription's address at that push service (its endpoint) and the two encryption values that come with it, your language, the models you follow (up to 50) and when you subscribed. To avoid repeat alerts we also record when each alert was sent, for at most 7 days. We do not store your IP address, location, browser or device details, or any name or account. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Alerts travel through your browser's push service: Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) for Chrome, Android browsers, Edge on Android, Samsung Internet, Opera and Brave; Apple for Safari, and for iPhone and iPad once UNSEEN is on your Home Screen; Mozilla for Firefox; Microsoft for Edge on Windows. Only our server contacts the push service, and each alert is encrypted so the push service cannot read it, but it learns that a message was sent to your browser and when. An alert is plain text, the model's name and a link to their page on unseen.guide, never a picture. Your device may show it on the lock screen; you can change that in your device's notification settings. As with Telegram, you can only follow models with no regional restrictions, and Chaturbate, BongaCams, Jerkmate, LiveJasmin, CamSoda and Swag models can't be followed for now. When you tap “Notify me”, a hash of your IP address is used briefly for rate limiting; your IP address is not stored.

To stop, tap “Notifications on” on a model's page to turn that model off (when you turn off the last one, your subscription is deleted), or use “Stop all and delete” on the Saved page. If you block notifications for unseen.guide or clear its site data, the push service tells us the subscription has ended the next time we send an alert, and we delete it then. Follows of a model are deleted automatically when the platform tells us the model was removed, or after 30 days in a row without seeing the model in the platform's data.

To show alerts, the site installs a small service worker in your browser, only when you turn alerts on or open UNSEEN from your Home Screen. It shows the alerts and a plain offline page, and it stores and caches nothing. You can also add UNSEEN to your Home Screen; its icon is then visible to anyone who uses your device.

Hosting and security logs

Cloudflare delivers the site. To provide and protect it, Cloudflare may process ordinary request and security data such as IP address, browser details, requested page, time, and threat signals. Cloudflare handles that data under its own privacy policy.

Site analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate page views and load performance. It sets no cookies and doesn't track you across other sites.

Google Analytics

We also use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google, to understand how the site is used. It records the pages you view (the full page address, which on a profile page includes the performer's username), the page title and the page you came from, and a few actions on the site: following an outside link (only the platform and the link's placement), starting a preview, saving or removing a model, opening the Telegram alerts link, using search (never what you type), filters, chips and “Show more”, clicks on finder results and leaderboard links (only the platform, board and period, never a name), and the entry notice (shown, entered, left). Google also receives your browser and device details and works out an approximate location from your IP address. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. It sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_SX1XLCDX4Q, described in the cookie policy.

Your choice. If you are in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland (or we can't tell where you are), nothing is loaded from Google and no analytics cookie is set unless you choose “Accept” in the banner; closing the banner counts as “Reject”. Elsewhere, analytics is on by default and you can switch it off. Wherever you are, “Cookie settings” in the footer reopens the banner: switching off stops collection at once and deletes the Google Analytics cookies. Your choice, its date and the policy version are kept in your browser (unseen:consent) and we ask again after 13 months or when this policy changes.

Limits. We do not use Google's advertising features, Google signals, user-ID or data sharing with Google for its own purposes, and we run no ads. Google acts as our processor (Google Ireland Limited for visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, Google LLC elsewhere). Analytics data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Event data is kept for 2 months. The legal basis is your consent in the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, and our legitimate interests elsewhere, with the right to object at any time; details are in the data protection policy.

Where room information comes from

Rooms, countries and tags come straight from the platform, and the list refreshes on its own, about every 30 seconds for Stripchat and every few minutes for Chaturbate and BongaCams, every five minutes for LiveJasmin and about every minute for CamSoda and Swag. We keep performer names, countries, languages, tags, image links and the times we saw each room live in our host's database. Those times are what we observed, not verified broadcast start times. We delete a performer's records when the platform sends a deletion notice or after 30 days in a row without seeing them, and keep observed session history for at most 30 days.

Regional restrictions on Chaturbate, BongaCams, Jerkmate, LiveJasmin, CamSoda and Swag

UNSEEN lists rooms from seven platforms, Stripchat, Chaturbate, BongaCams, Jerkmate, LiveJasmin, CamSoda and Swag. Chaturbate broadcasters can block regions from seeing them. To respect those restrictions, our server sends Chaturbate (chaturbate.com) the IP address of a recent visitor from your region when it refreshes the list for that region; it is not stored. If we can't tell which region you are in, you see no Chaturbate rooms. BongaCams works the same way: its performers can also block regions, so when our server refreshes the BongaCams list for your region it sends BongaCams' affiliate service (bngprm.com) the IP address of a recent visitor from that region; it is not stored either. If we can't tell which region you are in, you see no BongaCams rooms.

We list Jerkmate models through CrakRevenue, refreshing about once a minute without sending visitor IP addresses. The API supplies no per-model regional restrictions; CrakRevenue may redirect offers according to location.

LiveJasmin works differently: its list, which our server fetches at most once every five minutes, already names the countries and U.S. states each performer blocks. We hide those performers from visitors in those places before showing any card, thumbnail, preview or profile. We send LiveJasmin no visitor IP address. If we can't tell which country (or U.S. state) you are in, you see no LiveJasmin performer who blocks any region.

CamSoda's list, which our server fetches about once a minute, says nothing about regional restrictions, and we send CamSoda no visitor IP address. CamSoda rooms are therefore listed in every region; if a performer has blocked yours, CamSoda applies that restriction itself when you open the room or its player.

Swag rooms have no regional restrictions. Our server fetches Swag's list about once a minute and sends Swag no visitor IP address, and Swag rooms are listed in every region.

Thumbnails and the room player

Thumbnails load directly from the platform's image service. We do not download or rehost them; that service may receive your IP address and browser details. The player on room pages, and the muted preview in the live list, is the platform's official player: when it opens, your browser connects directly to the platform, which may receive your IP address and device details and set cookies. For a preview, the connection starts when you rest the pointer on a room card, just before the preview plays. You can use the external room link instead. Chaturbate’s player is loaded from cbxyz.com / chaturbate.com and always starts muted; it can load Google reCAPTCHA inside the player, under Chaturbate’s own policies. BongaCams rooms and list previews use its official player, which starts muted. Its embed script runs in a separate player document on unseen-guide.pages.dev and connects to bngprm.com and BongaCams; the platform may require its own age verification. LiveJasmin rooms and list previews use its official Live Feed player: the official AWE script from edwmcr.com runs in a separate player document on unseen-guide.pages.dev and embeds the player from atwmcd.com. AWE, which runs LiveJasmin's affiliate programme, may receive your IP address and browser details and set its own cookies there; the player loads the video and other content from the provider's servers. CamSoda rooms and list previews play CamSoda's live stream in a separate player document on unseen-guide.pages.dev: outside the UK it loads the stream directly from CamSoda's streaming servers at streaming-edge-front.livemediahost.com; in the UK, or when the stream cannot play, it embeds CamSoda's own player from promos.camsoda.com (the player only, without CamSoda's chat). CamSoda may receive your IP address and browser details and set its own cookies there. Swag has no live player on UNSEEN: list previews and room pages play a short recorded clip of the performer that Swag supplies in its affiliate feed, loaded directly from public-cf-r2.swag.cool, which may receive your IP address and browser details. Thumbnails load from api.swag.live and public.swag.live, and the live room itself opens on swag.live.

External and affiliate links

External links first pass through unseen.guide's /r/ redirect, which sends you straight on to the platform. On the way we count the click: which platform and performer, which page and placement the link was on, the page language, your country or region (as Cloudflare determines it) and whether you are on a phone, tablet or computer. We do not record your IP address, browser details, cookies or any identifier that could single you out, and click records are kept for at most 3 months.

Opening an external platform takes you away from unseen.guide. Some links tell the platform that you arrived from UNSEEN, so we may earn a commission. The destination controls its accounts, cookies, payments, and personal data. Read its privacy notice before registering or paying.

When you open Peek, our server counts it once: which link on unseen.guide opened Peek (for example the header button, a profile page, the directory tabs or a shared link), the page language, your country or region (as Cloudflare determines it) and whether you are on a phone, tablet or computer. As you move through Peek, it also counts each time you pass 5, 10, 25, 50 or 100 rooms: only that number, never which rooms or performers you watched. These counts are stored in Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine, separately from click records. We do not record your IP address, browser details, cookies or any identifier that could single you out, and Peek records are kept for at most 3 months.
