Who runs this site

unseen.guide is operated by UNSEEN (unseen.guide), called “UNSEEN”, “we” or “us” below. These Terms of Use cover your use of the Cantonese, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, German, French, Spanish, Thai, Hindi, Japanese and Korean editions of unseen.guide, including the live directory, model profiles, guides and reviews.

Accepting these terms

By using this site you agree to these terms and to our privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Our cookie policy and data protection policy explain how we handle cookies and personal data.

Adult content notice

This site contains adult material and links to or embeds third-party adult platforms. It is only for people who are at least 18 years old and the age of majority where they live, whichever is higher, and only where viewing such material is lawful.

By choosing “Enter” or continuing to use the site, you confirm that you meet these age requirements, that the laws where you are allow you to view adult content, that you are not offended by sexually explicit material, and that you will not let minors access this site or its content.

If children can use your devices, please use parental-control tools. Every page of this site carries the RTA (Restricted To Adults) label, which many parental-control tools use to block adult sites; see RTA’s information for parents.

UNSEEN does not produce, upload or host any performer content. Rooms, streams, thumbnails and performer information come from the third-party platform, which is responsible for verifying that performers are 18 or older.

What UNSEEN is

UNSEEN is an independent directory and guide site. We list public live rooms from the platform’s official data service and write our own guides and hands-on platform reviews.

• Some links are affiliate links: if you register or pay on a platform through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. See the affiliate disclosure.
• Room pages may use the platform’s official player, which the platform loads and controls directly.
• Reviews and guides are our opinions and test notes, not official platform information.

We do not host performer content

Streams and thumbnails travel from the platform straight to your browser; we do not download, alter or rehost them. We only keep text data such as usernames, countries, languages, tags, image links and the times we saw a room live (see the privacy notice). When the platform tells us a performer has been removed, we take them off the site automatically.

Telegram live alerts

Our public Telegram bot can tell you when a model you follow goes live. It is a free, best-effort service for adults only: alerts may be late or missed, and we may pause or end the service at any time. Telegram’s own terms apply to your use of Telegram. Each chat can follow up to 50 models, and the bot only alerts you about models with no regional restrictions. Send /stop to the bot at any time to stop alerts and delete your data; see the privacy notice.

Browser live alerts

“Notify me” on a model’s page can tell this browser when that model goes live. It is the same free, best-effort service for adults only as the Telegram alerts: alerts may be late or missed, and we may pause or end it at any time. Your browser’s push service (Google, Apple, Mozilla or Microsoft) delivers the alerts under its own terms. Each browser can follow up to 50 models, and only models with no regional restrictions. You can turn alerts off at any time; see the privacy notice.

Saved models and recently viewed

Saving models and the Recently viewed list need no account: both are kept only in your browser (see the cookie policy). If you clear your browser data, or use another browser, device or a private window, they are gone and we cannot restore them. Models a platform has removed drop out of your lists on their own, and saved models that are not available where you are may be shown as unavailable. Your saved models also help order the home and category lists for you.

Affiliate links

Some links to platforms, and the official player, are affiliate links. They carry our affiliate ID and a label for where on the site the link was, so the platform can credit us if you register or pay. You pay nothing extra, and the platform may set a cookie to record this (see the cookie policy). Commission never guarantees a listing, a score or a positive opinion; details are in the affiliate disclosure.

Acceptable use

You may browse the site for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not:

• scrape or harvest the site’s content or data with scripts, bots or other automated means;
• copy, store, resell or republish the room lists, performer information or other data that comes from our feed;
• try to get around the age check, regional restrictions, the platform’s geographic blocks or any other access control;
• attack, disrupt or overload the site, or try to reach systems that are not public;
• use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass, stalk or impersonate performers or anyone else.

If you break these rules we may block your access and reserve the right to take legal action.

Third-party platforms and links

Once you follow a link to one of the platforms we link to and embed (today Stripchat, Chaturbate, BongaCams, Jerkmate, LiveJasmin, CamSoda and Swag), you are using that platform under its own terms, privacy policy and community rules. Registration, payments, refunds, tokens, memberships and support are handled by the platform; UNSEEN takes no part in them and cannot see your account or payment details. We do not control third-party platforms’ content, services or practices and are not responsible for them.

Thumbnails and players come straight from those platforms and run under their terms. They may be unavailable, blocked where you are, or changed by the platform at any time, and the platform may set its own cookies in them.

Trademarks

Stripchat, Chaturbate and other platform names, logos and trademarks, such as BongaCams, Jerkmate, LiveJasmin, CamSoda and Swag, belong to their respective owners.

UNSEEN is an independent site and is not operated, represented or endorsed by Stripchat, Chaturbate, BongaCams, Jerkmate, LiveJasmin, CamSoda, Swag or any other platform. Our only relationship with them is as an affiliate: we take part in the Stripcash affiliate program for Stripchat, the Chaturbate affiliate program, BongaCash, BongaCams’ own affiliate programme, AWE, LiveJasmin’s affiliate programme, CamSoda’s own affiliate programme, and Swag’s own affiliate programme (run on Everflow), all described in the affiliate disclosure. We show the platforms’ names and official logos only to identify the platform a room or link comes from. The logos are the platforms’ own originals, taken from their official websites, and we do not change their colours or design.

UNSEEN’s own content

The text, guides, reviews, layout and logo created by UNSEEN are UNSEEN’s copyright. You may share links and quote short passages with credit and a link back. You may not copy whole pieces or use them commercially without our written permission. Performer content and platform data are not UNSEEN’s and are not covered here.

If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright or privacy, or you are a performer who wants your profile removed, see the DMCA and takedown policy and email dmca@unseen.guide.

Disclaimers

The site and all of its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

• The site may be interrupted, delayed or wrong at times, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time.
• We do not guarantee that the site or any feature, including Telegram alerts, browser alerts, saved models, previews and the player, will be available or work without errors.
• Room lists, performer details, viewer counts and live times are compiled automatically from platform data and may be delayed or inaccurate. The live times we show are the times we observed, not verified broadcast times.
• Prices, show types and platform settings are whatever the platform shows at the time; figures in guides reflect the date they were written.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UNSEEN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data or goodwill, or for your payments, accounts, content or transactions on third-party platforms. To the same extent, UNSEEN’s total liability arising from this site is limited to EUR 100.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will compensate UNSEEN for reasonable losses, liabilities and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from a third-party claim caused by your breach of these terms or the law, or by your misuse of the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version will be published on this page with its effective date at the top, and we will point out significant changes here. If you keep using the site after a new version takes effect, you accept it.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from this site, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. To the extent permitted by law, the courts of the Republic of Cyprus have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you normally live still apply, and you may also bring a claim in your local courts where your local law allows it.

General

If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a right straight away does not waive it. These terms, the privacy notice and the affiliate disclosure are the whole agreement between you and UNSEEN about this site. If a translated version differs from the English version, the English version prevails.
